Software Sales Executive

With over 90 years in the cinema industry, our small international software company is looking for a skilled and self motivated Software Sales Executive who can help design our new sales strategy, drive new leads and deliver completed sales to our installation and support team on our flagship product.

 Good earning potential with a £70,000 OTE on offer. 

 Developed over 25 years, our PoS is now one of the most advanced cinema ticketing systems in the world. We are passionate about delivering time savings and profit-generating features to our customers to make the cinema industry more profitable for our customers, and more enjoyable for their employees. We are under-represented in the market owing to a lack of focus on sales, and it is now time to change that.

 This new role will oversee all markets, focusing primarily on the UK and US (where we have offices in Herefordshire, UK and Nashville, USA).


 Designing and documenting new sales strategy (with input from CEO) to reach all cinemas in the UK and USA, as well as key international markets

  • Implementing strategy to generate sales leads
  • Following up with sales leads, including remote product demonstrations, generating proposals, and delivering signed contracts and lists of requirements to our installation team
  • Providing input on Marketing Strategy, and feedback from sales discussions
  • Develop existing contacts into new business opportunities
  • Initiating pre-trade show communications, meetings and follow ups


 Extensive and proven experience in using CRM

  • Extensive and proven experience implementing (or helping to implement) a relevant sales strategy, including end to end B2B lead generation and sales
  • Managing the sales budget
  • Relevant qualifications preferred
  • Excellent references

 Remuneration and Benefits:

 Base salary of £35-40,000 pa, with significant commission both for lead generation and sales

  • Remote working (work from home) 
  • Flexible hours (but all hours must be logged)
  • Would consider reduced hours for an exceptional candidate with caregiving responsibilities who is looking to re-enter their career

 Attending to the US market will require some evening work, and therefore could suit late risers or those with other commitments during the day.
